I spend sososososo long on this Its probebly the biggest pixel art picture I've done Maybe .3. But I've always wanted to draw this character and now I finally have

Hope I got him right, I was going to add a background but some of the layering went wrong plus, I couldn't be bothered Dedication right there. But, I did take forever on it, so I hope this will do
